I. About Clearance

Q: Why are we clearing out at a loss?

A: Due to ongoing losses, we have decided to clear out all our plates at a loss. All plates are currently priced below their original cost. We are no longer aiming for profit; we simply want to clear our inventory as quickly as possible.

Q: Is the quality of the clearance items guaranteed?

A: Yes. Although we are selling at a loss, each plate maintains our basic quality requirements—flatness, durability, and compliance with food safety standards. Clearance does not mean abandoning responsibility. For quality issues, please refer to the return policy below.

II. About Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All plates are shipped from warehouses within the United States.

Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

A: Orders are processed on the same day. Orders paid before 12:00 noon on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day; orders paid after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next business day.

Q: How long does it take to deliver after shipment?

A: Shipping time is 2 days. The standard shipping time after the package is shipped is 2 business days (excluding the day of order processing). This mainly covers addresses within the United States; there may be slight delays in Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas territories.

Q: Can I expedite delivery or specify a specific delivery time?

A: During the clearance period, expedited or specified delivery time services are temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.

III. Regarding Returns

Q: Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

A: Yes. The return period is within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and retain their original packaging and labels.

Q: Who bears the return shipping costs?

A:

For returns not due to quality issues (e.g., dislike, wrong item): You are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns due to quality issues or our responsibility (e.g., damage, wrong item sent): Please contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for the package and provide photos and your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Q: Under what circumstances can I not return an item?

A:

Items returned after the 30-day return period;

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer;

Items missing original packaging or accessories;

Special batches of clearance items clearly marked “No Returns, No Exchanges” (if any).

Q: How do I process a return?

A:

Send an email to arlo.langheinrich@sizzlepan.shop, stating your order number and the reason for the return;

Customer service will reply within 24 hours;

Return the item to the designated address;

We will initiate the refund process after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

IV. Regarding Refunds

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?

A: Refunds typically arrive within 3 days. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days.

Q: Where will the refund be sent?

A: It will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your issuing bank or payment platform, usually within 3 days.

Q: Will the original shipping fee be refunded?

A: Unless the return is due to our responsibility (such as wrong item or damage), the original shipping fee is not included in the refund amount.

V. Regarding Billing and Payment

Q: Is it installment payment or a subscription?

A: No. All transactions are one-time sales. Each order is considered a one-time transaction once payment is completed, and there are no subscriptions, installment payments, automatic renewals, or any periodic charges.

Q: Can the clearance price be further discounted or refunded?

A: No. The clearance price is already below the original cost and is not eligible for any form of price protection, price difference compensation, or additional discounts.
