Important Note: Due to ongoing losses, Arlo Langheinrich has decided to clear out all its disks at a loss. These Terms of Service apply to all transactions during the clearance period.
- Billing Terms (One-Time Sale)
All disks purchased from this brand are one-time sales. This means:
Each order is considered a one-time transaction upon payment completion;
There are no subscriptions, installment payments, automatic renewals, or any recurring fees;
No subsequent price adjustments, membership points, pre-deposit credits, or cashback are offered;
Clearance prices are below original cost, therefore no price protection or price difference compensation is available.
You must pay the full clearance price and corresponding shipping costs (if any) at the time of order placement. After successful payment, we will process the order according to these terms.
- Shipping Information
Shipping Location: USA
All disks are shipped from warehouses within the United States.
Order Processing Time: Same Day
Orders placed on weekends and US public holidays will be processed on the first business day after the holiday.
Shipping Time: 2 days
Standard shipping time after shipment is 2 business days (excluding the order processing day);
Shipping covers addresses within the United States. Slight delays may occur in Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas territories, subject to the carrier’s actual schedule;
Express or specified delivery time slots are not available.
- Return Policy
Return Period: Within 30 days
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the package;
Return Conditions: Plates must be unused, unstained, undamaged, and in their original packaging and labels;
Clearance items are sold at a loss; for returns not due to quality issues, you will be responsible for return shipping costs;
For damage or incorrect items due to transportation, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refund Arrival Time
Refund Arrival Time: 3 days
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your issuing bank or payment platform, usually within 3 days.
If payment was made using a gift card or promo code, the refund will be split and returned according to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs (if any) for the original order are not included in the refund amount, unless the return is due to our responsibility (such as wrong item shipped or damaged goods).

Due to the brand’s loss-making clearance sale phase, these Terms and Conditions may be adjusted as necessary based on actual operating conditions before inventory is cleared.
