Logistics Policy

📢 Important Note: Due to ongoing losses, Arlo Langheinrich has decided to clear out all its inventory of plates at a loss. The following logistics policy applies to all transactions during the clearance period.

I. Shipping Location
All plates will be shipped from warehouses within the United States.

II. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Same Day

Orders paid before 12:00 noon on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day;

Orders paid after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next business day;

Orders placed on weekends and US public holidays will be processed on the first business day after the holiday.

Note: Order processing includes picking, packing, and labeling. You will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number upon completion of processing.

III. Shipping Time

Shipping Time: 2 days

Standard shipping time after shipment is 2 business days (excluding the order processing day);

Shipping coverage includes addresses within the United States;

Slight delays may occur in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, subject to the carrier’s actual delivery time;

Remote areas (such as some rural areas and islands) may experience an additional 1-2 business days.

IV. Logistics Carriers
During the clearance sale, we will select one of the following carriers for delivery based on your shipping address (no specific carrier selection service is available):

USPS (United States Postal Service)

UPS
FedEx

The tracking number will be provided via email and the order page. You can track the real-time tracking status on the carrier’s website.

V. Important Notes for Signing for Delivery

To protect your rights, please pay attention to the following points when signing for your package:

Inspect the outer packaging: If the outer packaging is obviously damaged, crushed, wet, or otherwise abnormal, please take photos and refuse to accept the package on the spot, or contact customer service;

Check the goods: After signing, please open the box as soon as possible to check whether the plates are intact and whether the quantity is correct;

Damage handling: If you find any damaged or incorrect goods, please provide the following information to arlo.langheinrich@sizzlepan.shop within 48 hours of signing:

Order number

Photos of damaged/incorrect goods

Photos of outer packaging (if damaged)
