📢 Important Note: Due to ongoing losses, Arlo Langheinrich has decided to clear out all its plates at a loss. The following return policy applies to all transactions during the clearance sale.

I. Return Period
Return Period: Within 30 days of receipt

Regardless of your reason for returning the item, we will process your request as long as you submit it within 30 days of receiving the package.

Note: Orders placed after the 30-day return period will not be accepted for return.

II. Return Conditions (Including Opened Plates)

✅ Opened Plates Can Be Returned

We understand that you may need to open the packaging to confirm the actual condition of the plate. Therefore, even if you have opened the original packaging, you can still return the item normally as long as the following conditions are met:

The plate itself is undamaged, without cracks, or obvious scratches;

The plate is unused (has not come into contact with food, has not been placed in a dishwasher, and has not been washed);

The plate has no man-made damage (such as dropping, scratching, etc.);

If the original packaging has been opened, please keep it as much as possible and send it back with the package.

In short: Opening for inspection is acceptable, but used items cannot be returned.

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

The plate has been used (come into contact with food, has been washed, or has been placed in a dishwasher);

The plate has man-made damage (not caused by dropping, bumping, etc. during transportation);

The return request has exceeded the 30-day deadline.

III. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

I. Return Period

Regardless of the reason for your return, as long as you submit your request within 30 days of receiving the package, we will process it.

Note: Orders exceeding the 30-day return period will not be accepted for return.

II. Return Conditions (Including Returns After Opening)

The plate has been used (contacted with food, washed, or placed in a dishwasher);

The plate has been damaged by the user (not due to drops, bumps, etc., caused during shipping);

The return request has exceeded the 30-day return period.

III. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Send an email to arlo.langheinrich@sizzlepan.shop, providing the following information:

Order Number

Reason for Return (e.g., dislike of color, unsuitable size, quality issue, etc.)

Plate Condition Description (opened, used)

If there is any damage/defect, please attach photos.

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization
Customer service will reply within 24 hours, providing:

Return Authorization Number (RMA)

Return Warehouse Address

Step 3: Ship the Goods

Pack the plates properly and ship them back to the designated address.

It is recommended to keep the tracking number for tracking the return shipment status.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

We will inspect the returned goods upon receipt.

After successful inspection, a refund will be initiated within 3 business days.

V. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility Rules

How to handle our return shipping cost reimbursement:

You pay the return shipping cost in advance;

Send the shipping invoice or payment screenshot to customer service via email;

The refund will be issued along with the product price to your original payment account.

VI. Refund Arrival Time

Refund Arrival Time: 3 days

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will initiate the refund process within 3 business days;

The refund will be returned to your original payment account;

The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your issuing bank or payment platform, usually within 3 days;

The original shipping fee (if any) is not included in the refund amount, unless the return is due to our responsibility (quality issues/wrong item shipped).

To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, returns are not accepted in the following situations:
